Basketball Survey

The Anneewakee Trails Property Owners Association is asking for your input on the future of our community basketball courts.

Over the past several months, the courts and n amenities have been the focus of repeated vandalism and safety problems — including damage to the goals and fencing, gym equipment, and grounds lighting, as well as two injury-related lawsuits tied to court benches being tampered with and hardware left exposed. Together, these issues represent over $150,000 in repairs and insurance deductibles. The courts have been closed for the summer and goals have recently been removed.

This short survey will help us understand how residents feelings about the courts,  security measures , added financial investments  and exploration of possibilities for future amenities to replace courts.Your responses are anonymous and will be reviewed by the Board as part of a fair, resident-informed decision. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.

This survey opens July 25th and closes October 20th, to inform the decision made by the Board.
