FAQ’s

Anneewakee Trails is a vibrant, inclusive community. The policies that govern the FAQs exist solely to ensure that every resident, household member, and guest can enjoy our amenities safely and respectfully. The Board of Directors thanks all homeowners for their cooperation and commitment to maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for all.
This FAQ is a supplement to — and does not replace — the official 2026 Amenity Rules, Regulations & Policies. In any case of conflict between this FAQ and the official Rules document, the official Rules document governs.

SECTION 1 — GETTING STARTED WITH THE DIGITAL ACCESS PASS

The Digital Access Pass is an electronic credential that manages and verifies membership for access to all Anneewakee Trails community amenities and events — including the Pool ( Lazy River, Splash Pad),  Fitness Center, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, and Pickleball Courts. All homeowners, residents, and authorized guests are required to hold a valid DAP to access any amenity. The DAP replaces all previous wristband and paper-based access systems.

Beginning in 2026, Anneewakee Trails uses MemberSplash as its digital pass platform. The platform allows the community to manage gate access, newsletters, text messaging, events, facility reservations, and payments all in one place.

In 2025, the Association used a different provider that only managed pass issuance. MemberSplash integrates many community functions under a single umbrella — gates, communications, events, reservations, payments, and reporting — which streamlines operations and improves the homeowner experience.

Your DAP is active for one season — May through May of each year. Each year you’ll update your household information with any changes from the previous year. You will not need to create a brand-new application if you already have one in MemberSplash; you’ll simply update the existing one. (2026 is our first year on MemberSplash, so all households will create their initial account this year.)

You can apply for the DAP at any time during the year. However, most homeowners register in May to take full advantage of the entire season.

Registrations in the Spring (April thru May) will follow a Registration Schedule

Registrations for:

Anneewakee Trails Owners that reside in the community will register 1st

Anneewakee Trails Property Owners and Renters will register 2nd

Saddle Ridge Property Owners and Renter will register the 3rd

  • Online: Visit https://anneewakeetrails.membersplash.com from a phone, tablet, or computer. You can also scan one of the QR codes posted in the community.
  • In Person: Visit the clubhouse during  the Orientation Dates. The Team will walk you thru a demonstration and a presentation to assist. You will need to bring your own laptop or tablet with you if youd like assistance.

You’ll need to provide household information, submit a head-shot photo for each member, and upload identification documents that verify residency.

SECTION 2 — LOGGING INTO MEMBERSPLASH

After your account is created, you’ll receive an email containing your username and a temporary password. Use those to log in for the first time. You’ll be prompted to change your password on first sign-in.

Yes, But you will need the assistance of the Administrator. This will likely take several days to update during the Peak Season, so be very careful when creating your application,

Dont worry.Your application will not allow you to complete a submission until you have completed everything correctly. If you submit something incorrectly, your pass will stay in a pending status and you will pass will not be approved.  You will receive an email to correct your pass.

Common Errors include:

  1. Unclear photographs showing the full profile of a face. We will not approve any passes that do not have clear images. Your pass will be denied and you will need to  update your application which will delay your application and ability to access the amenities. SECTION 10 — GUEST POLICY & GUEST PASSES

A maximum of four (4) registered guests are permitted per household per visit. This number is pending the occupancy at the pool as well as other factors.

During periods of high/maximum occupancy, guest access may be temporarily limited at the discretion of the on-duty Ambassador, Security Property Management Team member. This could mean reducing guests-per-household from 4 down to 3, 2, 1, or temporarily limiting amenities to members only.

If the pool reaches capacity, guest access can be limited or restricted to ensure members have access first

All guests must be registered with the HOA/POA a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the date of entry. During Annual Community Registration, this minimum may increase to 7 days. The Association cannot guarantee same-day or walk-in guest pass issuance. Please plan ahead.

Through the MemberSplash portal. THis feature will likely not be accessible until 2-3 weeks after the Pool Season begins. This aligns with the need to register a majority of members in the community. Anneewakee Trails has over 4000 residents.  Once this is opened homeowners will be alerted:
