FAQ’s
Anneewakee Trails is a vibrant, inclusive community. The policies that govern the FAQs exist solely to ensure that every resident, household member, and guest can enjoy our amenities safely and respectfully. The Board of Directors thanks all homeowners for their cooperation and commitment to maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for all.
This FAQ is a supplement to — and does not replace — the official 2026 Amenity Rules, Regulations & Policies. In any case of conflict between this FAQ and the official Rules document, the official Rules document governs.
SECTION 1 — GETTING STARTED WITH THE DIGITAL ACCESS PASS
What is the Digital Access Pass (DAP)?
The Digital Access Pass is an electronic credential that manages and verifies membership for access to all Anneewakee Trails community amenities and events — including the Pool ( Lazy River, Splash Pad), Fitness Center, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, and Pickleball Courts. All homeowners, residents, and authorized guests are required to hold a valid DAP to access any amenity. The DAP replaces all previous wristband and paper-based access systems.
What system does the Association use for the DAP?
Beginning in 2026, Anneewakee Trails uses MemberSplash as its digital pass platform. The platform allows the community to manage gate access, newsletters, text messaging, events, facility reservations, and payments all in one place.
Why did we change providers?
In 2025, the Association used a different provider that only managed pass issuance. MemberSplash integrates many community functions under a single umbrella — gates, communications, events, reservations, payments, and reporting — which streamlines operations and improves the homeowner experience.
How long is my Digital Access Pass active?
Your DAP is active for one season — May through May of each year. Each year you’ll update your household information with any changes from the previous year. You will not need to create a brand-new application if you already have one in MemberSplash; you’ll simply update the existing one. (2026 is our first year on MemberSplash, so all households will create their initial account this year.)
When can I apply for my pass?
You can apply for the DAP at any time during the year. However, most homeowners register in May to take full advantage of the entire season.
Registrations in the Spring (April thru May) will follow a Registration Schedule
Registrations for:
Anneewakee Trails Owners that reside in the community will register 1st
Anneewakee Trails Property Owners and Renters will register 2nd
Saddle Ridge Property Owners and Renter will register the 3rd
How do I apply?
- Online: Visit https://anneewakeetrails.membersplash.com from a phone, tablet, or computer. You can also scan one of the QR codes posted in the community.
- In Person: Visit the clubhouse during the Orientation Dates. The Team will walk you thru a demonstration and a presentation to assist. You will need to bring your own laptop or tablet with you if youd like assistance.
