Basketball Survey
The Anneewakee Trails Property Owners Association is asking for your input on the future of our community basketball courts.
Over the past several months, the courts and n amenities have been the focus of repeated vandalism and safety problems — including damage to the goals and fencing, gym equipment, and grounds lighting, as well as two injury-related lawsuits tied to court benches being tampered with and hardware left exposed. Together, these issues represent over $150,000 in repairs and insurance deductibles. The courts have been closed for the summer and goals have recently been removed.
This short survey will help us understand how residents feelings about the courts, security measures , added financial investments to secure these premises, if closure is the right move and exploration of possible future amenities as a replacement. Your responses are anonymous and will be reviewed by the Board as part of a fair, resident-informed decision. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.A final decision will be made December 2026.
This survey opens July 25th and closes November 30th.

Annual Community Survey
During the Annual Meeting in 2025 and the Townhall Meeting in 2027 , the Board of Directors requested homeowners to shared their feedback in a Community Survey starting February 2027. The Board is re-opening the survey for a limited period beginning October 2027 to ensure homeowners have yet another opportunity to weigh in. This survey includes questions related to Annual Assessment Increase, Annual Registration, Pet Policy, Amnesty Day and other questions related to living in the community. This survey will close November 29th.
