From April through May the office is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM to help neighbors prep for the season ahead. Stop by to check the account status, update gate card access questions, pay annual assessments or just to say hello — we’re here to help.
Summer
Summer is in full swing, and our community office is open and ready to keep the season running smoothly. From May through September, the office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Tuesday and Thursday 10:00AM – 6:00 PM to match the busy pool and amenity season. Whether you need to renew your digital amenity pass, pick up a temporary guest pass, visit Food Truck Thursdays, or participate in any one of our festive summer events, we’ve got you covered.
Fall/Winter
As the days grow shorter and the Trails settle into a quieter rhythm, our office shifts to winter hours to match. From November through February the office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, closed weekends and major holidays. Reach out anytime by phone or email if you need us outside those hours — we’re never far away.
