Rules That Protect What We Love: 2026 Amenity Updates at Anneewakee Trails
Every great community runs on two things: shared spaces and shared respect. At Anneewakee Trails, our pool, lazy river, splash pad, fitness center, and courts are some of the most beloved gathering places in the neighborhood — and they stay that way because our neighbors take the time to follow the rules that keep them clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Rules aren’t there to limit the fun; they’re there to protect it. Whether it’s a quiet morning swim, a Saturday pickleball match, or a family afternoon at the splash pad, the small habits we all practice — scanning in properly, supervising our children, and leaving spaces tidy — are what make Anneewakee Trails feel like home.
For the 2026 season, the Board has rolled out an updated Amenity Rules and Regulations document, and it includes some meaningful changes from the 2025 policy ( Check out the Rules under the Rules). The biggest shift is the move to the new Digital Access Pass (DAP) system, which streamlines the digital credential online through the MemberSplash portal. The 2026 policy also expands well beyond the pool — now bringing the fitness center, basketball court, tennis courts, and pickleball courts under one unified set of guidelines. You’ll also find updated guest registration procedures (including an advance-notice requirement), clearer supervision rules for minors, refreshed attire and conduct standards, and a formal progressive disciplinary process that ensures fair, consistent enforcement for every household.
We encourage every homeowner to take a few minutes before the season kicks off to read the 2026 Amenity Rules in full, complete your Digital Access Pass registration early, and have a quick conversation with your household about what’s changed. A little preparation now means smoother check-ins, faster guest access, and more time enjoying everything our community has to offer. Thank you for doing your part to keep Anneewakee Trails the safe, vibrant, and welcoming place we all love to call home — let’s make 2026 our best season yet.
