Anneewakee Ambassador (Pool, Courts & Gym)

The Clubhouse Ambassador is responsible for ensuring the  smooth operation of the pool, gym, courts, clubhouse, and  community spaces while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for homeowners and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Service/Community Engagement
  • Monitoring and Safety Checks
  • Facility and Grounds Cleaning
  • Administrative Duties

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
  • Must be available evenings, weekends and some holidays. 
  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices (e.g., iPads, Chromebooks) and online systems.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to proper outdoor attire including: Swim Shorts, Swim Shirts, Closed Toe Foot Wear, and Vests for Safety

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Sustained periods of standing and physical activity are required.
  • Sustained periods in weather temperatures.
